Sherriff elected president of South Australian association

 

Mt Barker Golf Club superintendent Sam Sherriff (centre) is the new president of the South Australian Golf Course Superintendents Association following the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday. Sherriff replaces Adelaide Shores superintendent Andrew Blacker who steps down to a general committee position after three years as president.

The SAGCSA will host its first meeting of 2010 at Mt Barker Golf Club (host superintendent Sam Sherriff). The day, which includes Daryl Sellar as guest speaker, will look at renovation techniques for older greens.
