2IC Greenkeeper: Wallacia Panthers Golf Club

Wallacia Panthers boasts a beautiful 18 hole golf course that will challenge the best of players. With full water irrigation to all fairways, tees and greens, machinery and gardens, our grounds team are passionate about maintaining the status of their golf course.

Reporting to the Course Superintendent, you will take a hands on role in the daily setup and maintenance of the golf course and play a fundamental part in its redevelopment. With an enthusiasm for keeping up to date with OHS & environmental regulations relating to your field, you will help motivate the Golf Course team to continually improve the condition and presentation of the course.

You will be a trade qualified greenkeeper with a working knowledge of irrigation systems and turf machinery. You will demonstrate the ability to communicate with a variety of people, direct & lead a team of greenkeepers and coach apprentice staff. A minimum of two years experience in a supervisory position of golf course maintenance staff would be preferred. This is a full time position & you will need to be available seven days / week between the hours of 4am and 5pm to work as required. The salary package will be commensurate with experience.
